The Founder's Story
Juan Maldonado CEO & Principal Architect
Before focusing on advanced data architecture and AI, Juan spent 13 years as an executive managing and scaling multi-unit business operations. Overseeing multiple locations and managing P&Ls grossing over $1.1M annually taught him a fundamental business truth: if a new technology does not save a manager time or directly increase revenue, it is useless.
Recognizing that bad data breaks good businesses, Juan transitioned from operations to advanced mathematics and data science. Today, as a Data Science PhD candidate, his research focuses on Multi-Operator Topological Optimization (MOTO) and Information Space Folding (ISF) — the complex mathematics required to build AI systems that do not hallucinate, conflict, or break under pressure.
As a fully bilingual architect (English and Spanish), Juan specializes in deploying systems that seamlessly bridge the gap between English-speaking executive suites and Spanish-speaking operational teams, ensuring that nothing gets lost in translation.
